Reto Hartmann, swiss, has over 30 years experience as a CEO in various national and major international companies. Hartmann has a Cum Laude degree in Law and Economics Institute of the University of Zurich. Right after he worked for many years as a computer science engineer, a marketing specialist and management at IBM.
His positions also included the industrial company Feintool, where Hartmann was the CEO and has used his extensive experience as a turnaround specialist for companies. From 1995 to 2003 Reto Hartmann was the CEO of Kiosk AG and Valora AG, a Swiss Stock Exchange (SPI) listed company with more than 10,000 employees. His successes at Valora in its 8- years tenure included: increasing revenue by 50% to 700% of EBITA and shareholders’ equity by 60%.
Between 2000 and 2003 he was a member of the Advisory Board of Swiss National Bank. He also has multi. continental experiences in Europe, USA, Asia and South America.
Furthermore, Hartmann extensive M&A experience with over 100 due diligence conducted and over 30 purchase and sale transactions as well as successful mergers. His capital markets experience includes: CEO of two stock exchanges listed companies, IPOs of Selecta, launch a bond and a convertible bond as well as the acquisition and delisting of two companies listed on stock exchanges.

Jochen Schaefer, lives near Zurich and has over 20 years experience in the structuring and distribution of national and international investment products for both private and institutional investors. Even before completing his military service, Schaefer set out in sale independently and developed in the years that followed, a nation’s leading financial services provider, the Frankfurt Branch, with over 25 employees.
Furthermore, he was also responsible, to select attractive and profitable products in the field of insurance and real estate to place them with private investors. From the late ninties, Jochen Schaefer built Schaefer Consult AG in Frankfurt, which offered private and also institutional investors structured finance and investment products.
The company has developed, planned and communicated 200 residential units in Leipzig.
